Sorry for lack of certain detail but I'm trying to problem solve remotely, Our MiniLF was updated yesterday on set by a dit, today on another production we find we can't access the webUI, either via Wifi or hardwired Ethernet, we've tried windows pc, iPhone, ipad etc etc. I've had a read through release notes, what's the best suggestions I can give our tech on site? Reinstall Release? Or go back to previous? Has anyone had an issue like this?

Regards

Oliver

Hello Oliver,

sorry to hear that someone is facing difficulties with the webremote on your camera.

Has the person on set tried using a 'private' or 'incognito' window in their webbrowser and entered the right URL (http://mini-LF-xxxxx.local, with XXXXX being your camera serial no)?

Cheers
Fred

we tried both the IP address and the URL, also with the hardwired LAN interface we set a fixed IP but no luck either. But we didn't try the incognito mode... We got around the issue today by using a WCU-4 wireless. Hopefully we will have time later to look at the issue in more detail.
