Hi everyone,

We recently purchased 3x "K0.0010096 CCP-1 for ALEXA Mini", and found out that one of them have older firmware installed.
(2x ver. 1.19 and 1x ver. 1.17)

Could you please advise us where can we download the latest firmware file and how to update them?
Thank you for your support,

Best,
Keith

Hi Keith,

the software of the CCP-1 will be updated if it is connected to an AMIRA or ALEXA mini while a camera update is performed. The same is true for the MVF-1 by the way.

Cheers

Dear Silvan,

Thank you for your information.
Does the same method work on cforce motors (mini/plus)?

For the Cforce motors you have to place the update file (*.cmf) on your Usb Stick in the folder /ARRI/ECS.
On your Mini navigate to MENU > SYSTEM > UPDATE > LBUS > and select the device you want to update. You might want to make sure that your Mini has a sufficiently charged battery so that there is no power interrupt while the update is running.

Dear Georg,

Thank you for reply.
Please let me ask one more thing; where can I get the latest firmware of cforce mini?
Unlike cforce plus, I could not find firmware on the download section of webpage.

Dear Georg,

We found a download page which provides latest ARRI firmware on cmotion website.
https://cmotion.eu/service_download

lcube_cub-2-1.0.6
lcube-cub-1-2.0.2
cforce_plus-1.1.3
cforce_mini-1.2.7

Can we consider this as an official ARRI firmware?

Keith

Hey Keith,

cmotion is our partner company, so yes I'd second that.
