Repeating Mini Wifi Signal

I know that in SUP 5.0 you will be able to put your camera on an external network which will be great for extending the range of the camera's wifi signal. In the meantime, I know that Charlie Anderson with Dork In A Tent wrote a great write up on how he uses Teradek Colr's for wifi camera managment https://dorkinatent.com/2016/03/18/sett ... bullet-m2/, but I would love to figure out a way to not use a Colr. Our use case is that we do drone cinematography and need a bigger wifi reach. I managed to get a DD-WRT router to work as a repeater, but that was more of a hack. Does anyone have a better solution they have developed?

Why don't you just use the WCU-4? The Wifi system in the Mini isn't designed for that kind of range?
