Dear Admin etc.
I urgently need to update our Alexa Mini to SUP 5.4 but I can't log into my Arri account, AND the "reset password" function does NOT work -- I've tried from several different browsers over several hours, and there is no reset password info sent to the e-mail associated with the account.
What's going on?
