Hi. I bought a second hand Alexa xt with 3700 operating hours.
Lately I had issues with the high lights. They turn purple, specially on cars led light.
Color grader told me is because the sensor in old. Is it correct?

sorry the reply took a while this time.
Highlights turning purple is not a symptom of sensor aging. Make sure you are using the latest SUP for the camera, as we did some improvements to the image processing over the years
If you still feel that there is more purple fringing now than before, bring your camera to an ARRI Service Center.
