I'm using a brand new QRP-1 with my slightly used WPA-1 and there is the slightest amount of play.
I can't get a full lock between the two. Extremely frustrating when panning/tilting or even on the slightest wonky ground that makes camera shake.
I'd imagine this is a flaw and there shouldn't be any movement in-between the two when locked. Can someone confirm this? And if its an issue, who should I contact to help resolve this?
Thanks!

Hi Justin,
We had an update on the WPA-1 steel wedge in the summer of 2016. There is a chance if the WPA-1 was shipped before mid-2016 that the steel wedge is the early model that caused a bit of movement in the rig. The replacement wedges have the ident K5.0007411. Please contact the ARRI Service if you like to replace it. It should be better with the new wedge, but the system is not as strong as with BP-8-style dovetails.
