Amira + Fujinon Cabrio

I'm using an Amira with a Fujinon Cabrio XK6x20. The lens is set to LDS mode. The VTR switch won't trigger the recording on the AMIRA. Please advise if this can be done. Thank you.

Dear Andrew,

are you using the lens-camera-cable?

The dip's are key on that lens. Review the setting of the whole dip-piano.
Also try setting the lens to Cooke's /i if LDS does not work.

I'm not using the cable -- I thought it wasn't needed since the camera can read the metadata and power the lens. Can you specify which cable?

yep in theory the mount should handle all of this. But obviously it ain't that easy.
Did you dig into the dip switches?
