Hello everyone,
The pipeline I help support needs to be able to access the metadata from raw footage in an automated way. Up till now we've been using an old CentOS specific Arri Meta Extract command line tool to get the info we need.
Unfortunately, the build of the Meta Extract command line tool we have dies on the newer Alexa Mini mxf files. Looking at the support section, it looks like Arri doesn't even release a CentOS/RHEL version of the arri meta extract tool anymore.
Has anyone else run into a similar problem and been able to come up with a resolution? I'm surprised there's not a linux version released due to the number of major professional facilities I know that run their infrastructure in Linux.
Thanks!
Arri Meta Extract Command Line for CentOS?
