The master macro lens has a dependency between minimum possible T-stop (aperature) and focus for the shortest focus distances. If using two CForce Plus basic lens motors, one for aperature and one for focus, does the WCU-4/AMC-1 determine/map that dependency, so that changing the focus from the WCU-4 would properly also change the aperature, or is it only possible to use one motor at a time in this case?

Dear Paul,
the Master Macro stops down the nearer you get to close focus (up to 2.3 stops) (the aperture ring keeps unchanged).
At this point there is no "compensation mode" where you could start at a 5.6 and the closer you get to cf, the iris would open up to compensate the light loss.
But we'll have a look if that is feasible.
Best,
Jan
