I just updated my Amira to 5.0. I purchased the look library license key, and placed it in the folder on the USB stick. When I go to install the license, it appears greyed out and can't be selected. I confirmed it was not previously loaded, as the library won't show up in the LOOK section of the camera.

The LOOK LIBRARY is only compatible with the AMIRA Premium or the ALEXA Mini. I assume you have the AMIRA Premium.
The look library license has to be placed in the LICENSES folder, not in the LOOK FILES folder.
You can add individual looks to your favorites one by one by selecting the wheel, then ADD, then select LOOK LIBRARY, then select a LOOK and the density.
Let us know if the problem still persists.

I have the Premium license, and the Look Library license is in the license folder. Please advise on next steps.
