Skypanel firmware reset

In the tv studio one of the Skypanels switched off (only the Skypanel logo was lit) and it did not accept any command even from usb port. One electrician made a usb firmware reset with a usb pen drive. I could not find this procedure on the documentation, is something available to all users? Thanks

Hello Pantonioni,
The best thing to do if you encounter such an error is to call an ARRI service center. An ARRI service technician can walk you through the best method of correcting such an error. The method used by your electrician might not always be the best or only solution for what you encountered.
