UMC-4 lens data to Sony Venice?

UMC-4 lens data to Sony Venice?

Is it possible to output lens data from LDA files (lenses themselves are ”dumb”) to Sony Venice from UMC-4 and from there to SDI outputs? Is there any cable which can do that? Thanks
