Alexa plus sensor issue

Hi,
My Arri Alexa Plus is suddenly producing corrupted images, kind of like false color image to the evf, all sdi outputs and the actual recorded footage. It was fine before and not damaged or dropped or anything like that. Thank you for your help in advance

I have not seen such an analog/PAL looking image from any ALEXA, please contact our Service Team via https://www.arri.com/en/technical-servi ... e-requests. They will ask for log-files, if you can attach these to your request please do so.
