Problems with ARRIRAW Converter on OS X El Capitain/Yosemite

Hello everybody,
we're receiving an increasing number of reports on issues with ARRIRAW Converter 3.4.0.b9 (ARC) on OSX El Capitain/Yosemite.
The error itself is simple: ARC does not open.

There are two possible reasons we've encircled:

CUDA drivers are outdated
Simply update the CUDA driver to at least 7.5.
Download here from NVIDIA

or

Filevault restricts non-App Store applications
ALL ARRI applications are digitally signed. If Filevault prevents ARRIRAW Converter from opening, please ensure you've set the restrictions to "Mac App Store and identified developers".

Updating CUDA drivers solved my issue I have been having for months now, thank you very much
