Anyone having any issues with the cameras randomly turning themselves off and on again?

We have two on the job and both keep doing it, sometimes during a take. Power on batteries always good. Happening inside and outside. Cameras not to hot.

Last time it said it had a technical issue #200

Any ideas?

Hi Alice,

> cameras randomly turning themselves off and on again
this could point towards a poor power connection cable/connector. Also if the battery is close to being flat, in theory some odd power cycle could happen:
battery goes "flat" > camera switches off > battery voltage goes up (since no power draw) > camera starts > battery goes "flat" > ...

Error message #200 is a very blurry message. In essence it does not say more than "I somehow do not feel well ..." The root cause can be a dozen different issues.

Are you running on the latest SUP 1.2.0:11? If not, I would highly recommend updating the camera, since we have addressed a number of stability issues here.
You can find it here: https://www.arri.com/en/technical-servi ... -sup-1-2-0

Best regards

Battery voltage has always been good. We will try and do an update and hope that fixes things

Many thanks
