SXTW's ArriRaw data corruption

Hi, I'm a film student and recently I finished a shoot of my final degree project a couple of weeks ago and was shooting with Alexa SXTW. The data is .ari extension ArriRaw Image Sequences. 4 out of 13 days of data is not working when the rushes came from DIT guy for Proxy. It shows Media offline on daVinci Resolve and says invalid file in ArriRaw Converter. When I checked the issue in depth, I found that the non working data has a different Hex structure than that of working one, it is missing the header of the file. And that the non working files are missing metadata in them.
However, the data is taking up space in the harddisk and has a XML file with it.

Is there a way to get fix that data?
