User setups in SUP 2.0

It appears I can no longer import my user setups after having upgraded to SUP 2.0 on the ALEXA 35.... when I browse to them on the USB in the camera I can see them but they are greyed out and cannot be loaded. I spent quite a bit of time building them so would love to figure out a way I can avoid having to rebuild from scratch. Grateful for any suggestions!

Sorry something went wrong during my test. Usersetups are generally not version-compatible.

Usersetups are generally not version-compatible.

Just as a minor correction: the setups can be compatible, but when a new feature has been added to the newer SUP, they unfortunately (currently) cannot be. For the version change from SUP 1.1.0 to 1.2.0, amongst other stuff, we added new user button functions and a new recording format. Thus the format of the setup files changed.

As Jan mentions, there is a certain chance that for future SUP we can achieve an upward (but not downward) comaptibilty.
