Hello, My Camera is saying is only displaying a solid white display. I can see setting and everything but it looks like it is being over exposed when it's not. IE can changes and that will make it dimmer but it's still solid white. The camera is also telling me there is an nd error. (It cycles and then just goes to clear when I boot it up. Also the cam says that the internal battery is low. IDK if that has something to with it. Anythoughts, Comments, Help lol.

Dear Mcauley,
> solid white/overexposed
this probably sounds like you have a very long exposure time or an ND CLEAR and lots of light in front of a wide-open lens, please do a "Factory Reset" and/or play with the iris just to be sure.
> The camera is also telling me there is an nd error.
> Also the cam says that the internal battery is low
Please get in touch hwith the nearest ARRI service station. The internal battery (holding the system time) is empty and needs to be replaced.
Best regards

I've had a similar issue with my camera before. The solid white display and overexposure could be due to the ND filter error. In my case, I fixed it by manually cycling the ND filter a few times to ensure it wasn't stuck. I also did a factory reset on the camera, which helped resolve some software glitches. Additionally, replacing the internal battery resolved the low battery warning, which might be contributing to the problem. If these steps don't work, you might want to check for a firmware update or take the camera to a professional for further diagnosis. Hope this helps!
