Hello,
shooting on the Alexa 35 and using the traditional B mounts. I found that it might be easier if we just use house power. Does anyone know if it’s dangerous to keep the b mount battery on camera while plugging in AC power? Or is that too much voltage? Let me know thank you!

Hi Brittany,
no issue at all, you can have both power sources connected all day long.
In fact, this is the way for hot-swapping the battery: attaching mains, exchanging batteries and disconnecting mains again.
Kind regards,
Jan

More in "Power", page 20ff of the ALEXA 35 manual. When power is supplied through both the PWR and BAT input, a current
symbol on the HOME screen indicates which input is being used. The pre-
ferred input to be used can be set in the camera menu.
Kind regards,
Jan
