It's been a while - several months - since I've connected to our CCM-1 to our ALEXA 35. Powering up the camera with the CCM-1 connected result in an error on the CCM-1: "CAP1 server version is unsupported". It seems that I need to do an update of the CCM-1 but that's only possible with an older version of the camera SUP.
I've tried to do a downgrade of the camera SUP but each time I do, I'm getting the "SUP update key is missing #161" error, even though I've formatted the USB stick, prepared it (using the camera menu option), and have been careful to copy the .lic file to LICENSES and the .swu file to SUP.
To test that I wasn't doing something silly, I updated the camera from 2.0 to 2.0.1 using the same technique but that doesn't get me any closer to being able to update the CCM-1.
Any suggestions about what I am doing wrong?
Thanks!
Error when downgrading SUP

Hi Fergus,
did you copy the *.lic file to the "License" Folder AND the *.swu SUP file to the "SUP" Folder? These are two different folders/locations:
The CCM-1 can be updated by following the instructions under chapter D. "D. Update Procedure" (page 7/7)
https://www.arri.com/resource/blob/3615 ... s-data.pdf
Please note: We suggest using an FAT32 formatted stick, when directly connecting the thumbdrive to the CCM-1, not exFAT or anything else.
