SkyPanel s30 Back Fixture Panel Does Not Turn On

Hello,

I have a brand new SkyPanel s30 and for some reason the Fixture Panel at the back of it is not turning on, but we can hear the fan come on inside when we apply power.

I have swapped PSU with a known working one and still the same result. We have other SkyPanels that work fine, the back panels turn on and illuminates as soon as we turn the dial.

Does anyone have experience with this? This a new unit so all I can think is that the panel is faulty.
