issue with mvf-2 and USB-c stick

Hi,

We did some test on the Alexa 35, version 1.2.1. we plugged the mvf-2 on the vf1 port. Then after some classical configuration, we tried to plug the ccm-1 in vf-2. We had an error message because of an incompatibility version on the monitor. Si we unplugged it, and at this moment the mvf-2 goes black, and never started again.

We tried to change cable, port, battery. We upgrade the ccm-1 to be able to navigateur in the menu, then we did some factory reset, nothing changed. Even the mvf-2 isn't recognise in the upgrade panel of the menu.

So we though about upgrading the camera. We tried to add the 4.0.0 on the USB stick and to replug it. But the camera is non longer able to see it. It considere that nothing is plugged on the USB-c port.

I really have find nothing about this issue here or anywhere else, i dont know how to get over it.

Dear wilgo001,

when the MVF-2 is no more functional, please try to access the camera via webremote. If this works, please update to SUP 4.0.0.
