If the settings still get lost after a power cycle, please do the following procedure:
There is now a procedure on how to fix this:
1. If a customer has the problem described in the BUG, please tell him to go to Menu > SETUP > UPDATE
( The AEM-1 will enter: SERVICE menu)
2. Confirm “UPDATE WITH FIRMWARE” with “yes”
(Note that this leads to the update menu and not to the start of the update.)
3. Now you are in the update menu. Go to “RESET” and confirm “ERASE CONFIG” with “yes”.
(This will reset the configuration.)
After that the settings will be stored over reboot.
[Please note: It is not a factory reset but a reset of the config. in the update menu]
This has to be done via AEM-1 GUI and not via Camera GUI.
