Hi,
The problem is with an Alexa 35 running on SUP 4.0.0 and it is randomly cutting power regardless of the power source attached to it. After reboot, W=orange warning message pops up an gives the error code (#200)
I've just contacted Arri service in London, and hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly.
Best,
Onur

Hi, was the problem solved?
This happened maybe due to USB was formatted FAT32 .
User manual recommends using exFAT formatted USB sticks.
There's a bug (internal ref no. #9598) which describes this behavior.
In case this does not help, you could also get in touch with service@arri-ct.com
Thanks for letting us know.

I am having the same issue with my camera. I updated to the new firmware and now I keep getting error #200. My camera keeps freezing, rebooting, and then giving me this error message. What do I do to fix this?
