Crash Log SXT

I saved the Crash Log from my Alexa SXT the other day and want to have a look at it but as it's in an unknown format I've not managed to do so yet. Is this something that can only be read by Arri themselves? Could somebody point me in the direction? I couldn't find anything on the Forum or using Google either.

Hey,
The Alexa logfiles are encrypted and can only be read by ARRI. Find the contact details of your nearest service centre in the link below and email the file over with details of when the crash happened and someone will take a look at it for you.
