Hi,

I updated my SXU-1 but during the update it shows a Radio upgrade failed message.

I had sup 1.1.5 on my SXU-1
So I followed the sequence: Sup pre 1.1 -> Sup 1.1.5 -> Sup 2.0
For sup pre 1.1 there was no message.
For sup 1.1.5 there was a " radio update failed' message
Tried it several times , rebooting in between off course but it still comes up with the same message.
In the version screen it says current version 1.1.5 so it thinks it updated even with the error.
After Sup 2.0 it again says " radio update failed" and after reboot shows version 2.0 so it seems I'm running Sup 2.0.

I Have 7 radio channels.
Radio firmware is: 00.04

I tried several times following the given procedure and tried even going back to 1.1.4 and then going up but as soon as I go from pre 1.1 to 1.1.5 it failed at the radio update.

How can I update the radio if following the procedure doesn't work.

The SXU-1 does function as normal no issues and seems to be running on Sup 2.0.

You mentioned your Radio firmware is: 00.04

Can you send us detailed information what the screen is showing:

MENI>Firmware
SXU1_V0

and

MENU>SYSTEM INFO >
Version:

and

MENU>SYSTEM INFO >RADIO
Firmware:
MAC:

Hi Christine,

Here is an update on the settings i have in my SXU-1.

Menu>Firmware
I can not get in that menu unless I put a card in and then it shows the firmware on the card.
Can be anything but currently I have SXU-V20000 on it.

Menu>system info
version. 02.00.00
Date Mar 21 2019

Menu>system info>Radio
Firmware V00.04
MAC 03 0a 77

As said i went to all the pre0101 update and the then v010105 before i got to v02000.
