Viewfinder petrified with ARRI logo reboot

Good afternoon everyone,

I have some issue about Alexa mini Viewfinder. The problem id when I changed battery cause low power on the camera I putted a new one and reeboot camera. All okay with camera but the viewfinder only show me ARRI logo. I connected a sdi cable on a hanheld monitor to check the correct functions of the camera and it works fine but not viewfinder. Someone can help about this problem...The same viewfinder check in other alexa mini camera and works fine...

Dear Miguel,

try updating the camera to the latest SUP with the viewfinder connected (using the webremote).
The viewfinder is hotplugable, so strange that an other one works.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, get in touch with the nearest ARRI Service.
