Hi all!

One of our cforce mini motors started behaving erratically and does not calibrate. We are unsure on how to proceed. Anyone has had this problem with force mini motors?? If anyone could point us in the right direction it would be grand. It has the latest firmware update both on wcu4, and motors.

Hi, we recommend to check if the motor and all devices in your setup use the latest updates.

Mount can be updated separately (Menu - System - Update -Components)

Afterwards test the setup first without lens using cooke/i protocol for troubleshooting.
If the issue remains please test with a different cforce mini, if that doesn't help then the motor should be sent to the next service center for inspection.
