Alerte message software error + severe system failure

I am actually shooting as first camera assistant with an alexa mini (software 6.1.2)
Friday night, the camera was recording when it suddenly stopped recording on its own.
Two alerte messages appeared :
- software error occured. Please reboot camera
- severe system failure occured. Please reboot camera

I did reboot the camera. I had to load my setup because it restarted with a setup that wasn’t mine.

Also, the WCU4 is not working properly if I am more than 2 or 3 meters away (I did change the camera antenna and tried different chanels), motors disconnets frequently and their motions isn’t smooth. The WCU4 says the link is good…

The camera comes from a french rental compagny (Transpacam). During preparation, a alerte message wifi is not working properly appeared and they changed the wifi card

I will call the rental compagny first thing monday morning. Do you think I should change the camera body (it is my intuition) or is there something I can do on the set (the rental compagny is 5 hour drive from set).

from what you describe I would suggest to exchange the camera and the rental to get in touch with ARRI service.
