When Alexa XT EVF is connected, it just displays white image and nothing else. I went into the menu, changed EVF brightness and it seems to response by dimming. But nothing other than white image with or without lenses. There is no shadow casting when we cover the sensor. Tried different cables as well.

What could it be?
