Sensor issues

I am having an issue with fixed pattern noise I tried 3 different head and the result was the same so it does not appear to be a sensor issue. What can I do to trouble shoot?

I have parts from different cameras which is how I tested on different heads.

I tried both sdi outs and both monitor outs.

The camera is a alexa plus 4:3 1620 hrs

Also the vertical noise lines are a constant and look like hazy lines
