Curious if anyone has come across any issues mag formatting in camera? Multiple cards have had the same issue where you format the card, the screen shows it successfully formatted but it actually doesn't. The roll doesn't bump and you can still see all the clips, then formatting a second time it finally takes and formats properly. We are offloading cards using HDE. Just never come across this and can't find any info on this but it has happened three times in a row.

My friend had the same problem on set.Card says formatted and they go on and shoot multiple clips.When they try to offload it also contains previous clips with the new ones.I guess its a known bug.
