Sensor Issue

Hello,
I own an Alexa Plus and today I encountered a strange problem.

I started filming and everything was great until at one point I saw a strange particles/freckles pattern like digital dust at the top of my image. As soon as I saw that I restarted it and it worked fine until after a few minutes it happened again. I keep checking the temperature in the camera info and it's 35 degrees celsius. When I let it cool for a long time then it takes a long time for the problem to appear as well. I was shooting in a fairly humid basement and I don't know if that caused the problem.

Just so you know, the size of the shadow caused by these freckles is never the same and sometimes they are only black and much denser like dust on glass. Have you ever seen anything like this?
