Alexa Mini internal battery low

I upgraded my Alexa Mini to software 6.1.2 and I got the message 'internal battery low' I live in jakarta, Indonesia and I'm not sure if there is a service center here. how can I fix this issue, change the battery, and how much does it cost?

I hope you've found a solution in the meantime ... and did perhps call us to get the info on the nearest service station and a quote?
