Replacing internal battery on Mini LF

Can this be done at home or does the camera need to be brought into Arri?

Dear Dom,

we recommend to have the battery changed at one of our service stations. If this is not possible, find an ARRI-trained Technician to have a look at your camera. They know about the ins-and-outs of Mini LF, too.

Can you provide a link to a video or manual regarding this service. I want to make sure I use the right battery. I spoke with Arri service and since it’s no longer free they gave the alternative to have it done by the user.
