Hey folks,

An L7 C I'm working with isn't using any green light when setting hue, but is projecting red and blue just fine. When trying to use the green hue, the intensity just dips out to nothing.

I've ran checks and the status of the light is reading as OK.

I'm a bit at a loss if a bulb needs replaced, or if there is another potential fix. Does anyone have a solution?

It sounds to me like there is likely a hardware issue with this fixture. I would recommend you reach out to our service team. Not sure where in the world you are, but if you email service-lighting@arri.de, they will connect you to the local service team.
