Good day,
when updating the L7C to the new firmware, the light froze and a missing firmware window popped up in ALSM......no button works. How to fix the update?? Why did this happen??

Hi Pifík,

Hard to say what caused the issue. I recommend getting in touch with the service department, in case there is some sort of hardware fault. service-lighting@arri.de
