Error 1025

hello friends. Recently recording with the Alexa 35 I got an error, to be more exact error 1025. I would like you to explain to me what this announcement is about. thank you so much.

Hi Micol,
error #1025 is a software error. It points towards an issue with one of the boards.
Try re-booting. If successful update the camera firmware to 1.2.3.
EDIT: It the issue remains, please contact ARRI Service.

Hi Jan / Micol,
Have you all found any resolution for this issue?
I've been having this issue since receiving my 35 and was also told it was just a software issue.
My camera is now out of warranty and it's starting to happen more often despite being assured it should clear up with future firmware updates, and the latest news I've received is that it's likely failing hardware and a $9k+ repair since the camera is now out of warranty...this is a bit of a frustrating experience as I received the camera with this issue and am only now hearing it may be a costly hardware repair rather than what you've suggested here.
Fingers crossed you've got some good news about a software solve for this one as a repair of that size is out of my reach.
