Alexa XT. E: System error and ACOM: No such device

My XT works in ARRIRAW Open Gate and from what I can tell haven't been able to replicate the issue in any other resolution/codec except in16x9 ProRes 3.2K I'm getting the error:

"E: System error and ACOM: No such device"

Anyone have this issue before? Know the cause or solution to fixing?

this sounds like a service case. Please get in touch with your nearest service station (https://www.arri.com/en/technical-servi ... al+Service), provide them with a camera logfile and give as much information as possible.
