I am a Lamp Op thrown into a board op position. Second day in my gaffer asked for 147 Apricot from 3200k on a s30. The light wouldn’t respond.

Any advice to remedy this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The answer here is going to depend on what DMX mode you are using. Do you intend to use one of the Gel-focused DMX modes, like Mode 16 or 17? If not, do you intend to use the color picker on your console to make the gel using RGB color mixing?
