Alexa Classic horizontal pattern noise

I recently purchased an Arri Alexa Classic off of eBay. The camera arrive today and I'm noticed a strange noise pattern in the blacks and shadows. I worried I may have got a faulty Alexa, the noise is pretty bad. Could this be fixed with a sensor calibration or factory default reset? Please check the attached image.

P.S. My initial thought was LED lighting. This can, when using pulse width modulation, produce similar patterns. I am not sure however if this is daylight or interior with electric lighting.
