Temperature Increase Warning

Hello,
I am currently on a program featuring three Alexa35 cameras. The initial "A" Camera unit consistently displayed an orange/yellow "Temperature Increase Warning," flashing intermittently without transitioning to red (indicating no specific error, just a cautionary signal).

This warning persisted, flickering every 1-2 minutes throughout the day. Despite swapping the unit for a new one, the replacement exhibits identical behavior. Attempts to resolve the issue by enabling "Hide Messages" or deactivating "Side Info Left" have proven ineffective.

Interestingly, our "B" and "C" cameras, operating on SUP 1.2.0, do not manifest this issue. Both the original "A" camera and its replacement are running on SUP 1.2.1.

Although a new SUP 1.2.3 was released on May 2, I observed that the release notes do not mention any fixes related to the temperature warning problem.
Is there anyone having the same issue? How to solve this issue?

No one answer? Hope that someone can help me solve this problem. :(

Dear Oscar,

you can always send your camera's logfiles to ARRI Service. That's service@arri.com.

Cheers,
Jan
