Alexa 35 and WCU-4 User Bottons

Hello,

I wanted to bring up an issue I've noticed in the recent film we are working on. I've observed that the user buttons for Hand Unit program in the Alexa 35 are not loading on the WCU4 , unlike what happened in the previous film, where the same users loaded without any problems.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any additional information on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, this problem was mentioned in our A35 SUP3.0 release notes.
We will fix this issue until our next camera update.

Hi-5: Assigned User Buttons have no labels
On the Hi-5 assigned Hand Unit Userbuttons have no labels.
While an assigned function displays ‘Off’ if works nevertheless.

As I still have the problem, seems like it hasn't corrected it yet. I have to wait what length of time?

With latest Hi-5 and WCU-4 firmware the labels in the User button menu work after ALEXA35 SUP2.0 update.

The error might depend on the respective function. Which functions did you assign? And what is your setup?

Hello after updating the SUP2.0. version of the ALEXA35 my camera has a display error in some functions. I tried to enable the resolution adjustment function when recording movies but sometimes it cannot update. What should I do? Any advice is appreciated.
