Alexa mini cfast card Problem ,camera can not feel the card also the reader on laptop can not feel the card so i can not format the card on camera or computer, please tell me what to do, thanks

did this card ever work with ALEXA Mini?
Is it only one card causing troubles? --> Perhaps the card is simply broken.

Please contact an ARRI Service in your region to have a look at the serial number and for further measures.
