I'm looking for a new system to power my Arri-S 16mm camera since my battery belt is Kaput. Would something like this work? "Type-C USB Charging 6800mAh 9 Volt Battery 2pcs 9V Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries" (as seen on eBay) It is 9V / 6800mAh. Otherwise, do you have any suggestions?
Also, ages ago I visited the Arri factory on Türkenstraße and purchased an Arri-S pin but sadly lost it. Do you still sell them?

the item you describe is a charger. In this case you should be looking for a power supply doing 8V.
We sold the 16S (or ST) with 8V batteries delivering 3,5-7,5Ah or with a pretty hadsome power supply:
