Hello, I am trying to install update 2.0.1 on my Alexa 35 and when it starts to install I get the message sup update key is missing #161, I have tried downloading it again in case there is a corrupt file and this message keeps appearing ; Does anyone know how to fix it so I can update my camera?

Hi Polorental,
did you copy the license (*.lic-file) to the LICENSES folder on the usb-stick with the firmware file in the SUP folder?
Cheers,
Jan

In addition to Jan's reply: When you come i.e. from SUP 1.2.0, the message #161 is irritating, you have to do a sequential update from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 and then to the final version.
In case you are already on SUP 2.0.0, the update to 2.0.1 should work. Then probably not the license file got corrupted but the actual SUP 2.0.1.
Also make sure to use an exFAT formatted USB stick.
Best regards
