Anyone able to assist with this?

I have an SXU that wheels past its hard stop. It didn't do this previously only at the end of the job. Is this known to be a setting on the device or is it broken?
Has anyone come across this on their remote?

Hi,

most likely the End-stop Pin might have gotten loose.
You would need to remove the Knob Rubber Ring, open the three screws underneath, remove the Knob housing
and then glue the DOWEL PIN 2M6X6 (O5.00747.0) with LocTite 648 in place again.
Afterwards the Knob housing needs to be aligned properly and then you need to calibrate the unit with the calibration ring.
