Hello,
Urgent problem. We are on set and the camera boots but only the logo on viewfinder and colored bars can be seen in the VF. Everything is disconnected as well.

this could be a faulty viewfinder cable, viewfinder or camera.

Is the side-display (camera left) showing something meaningful? If so, enable Wifi in the "gear symbol" menu and try connecting to the webremote. If you get a connection and can control the camera this would suggest an issue with the viewfinder/vf cable.

Did you try with a different viewfinder, VF cable and on both coax-press connectors (front and rear)?

If neither webremote nor the side display work as expected, I am afraid the camera has to be sent to the next service station.
