Hello,
I have a router connected to an Alexa 35 and i am adding it to a slot in Pomfort Livegrade for having more metadata. I have all lens metadata but i am unable to get the clipname from the camera. Is that how its suppose to work ? Or am i missing something ?
Thanks.

Dear Chebosludo,
it looks like you found an issue with CAP. Which SUP are you using?
Best regards,

Hi,
it seems the automatic readout of the "Clip Name" has never been implemented. Pomfort is checking this.
I'm afraid this is currently not possible. In case there's an update for Livegrade we will let you know.
Please also check the release notes of future Livegrade updates.

Also we are using Teradeks 3000XT and i am unable to get the clipname from the camera neither. Which i did in the past with other Arri cameras. Maybe i should get in touch with pomfort, looks like the problem is at their end since Qtake is getting the clipname info...

Have you confirmed that both the camera and Teradek are running the latest firmware version? There may be incompatibilities between versions.
