Noise and colour artifacts in footage

Hey!
I shot the lens test and film with the exact same settings (1280EI, G522 soft nostalgia texture, cooke sp 35mm at similar apertures), footage is arriraw, lens test is prores4444. yet the film came back with noticeably more colour artifacts and noise compared to the lens test, even in the midtones. No idea how that could've happened and very confused at this.

There's only a logc4 - rec 709 lut applied to the footage.

Hi Wynnek,

the first explanation tht pops into my head is different light levels. Practical on set and more/closer lightsources for the lens test. Did you check with a lightmeter?

Even within the footage shot in exterior daylight the noise remained the same. The Lense test footage where I exposed under came out cleaner compared to the footage as well.
